1.     What menus are standard on all SAP screens? The systems menu contains fucntion that affect the system as a whole, such as create session, user profile, and log off. The Help menu provides various forms of inline help.
2.     Which of the following provides general information on the SAP system and transaction or task on which you working? The status bar contain information on system messages, as well as system information such as client, user, transaction codes, and response time.
3.     You would like to preset of value for a field values or an option to enter frequently. To do tis, you need the parameter ID. Which help function will you use to locate the parameter ID when you are on the field? F1 provides help on the purpose of a specific field, and also provides technical information for the field. Here you will find the parameter ID for the field in question.
4.     List and describe types of online help thst are available in the SAP system! Applicatin help, SAP library, glosarry, rlease notes, SAPnet, feedback, settings, F1, & F4.
5.     Please explain phase about create a logon entry to identify which system you would like to gain access to. Then, the access that system with the appropriate client, user idd, and password! Create an entry in the SAP GUI logon screen based upon the information provided by instructor  and then you have now created a logon entry, use this entry to gain access to the SAP system with the information provided.
6.     What the meaning of multiple logons and multiple sessions? There are two SAP systems: using multiple logons or using multiple sessions. Using multiple logons actually creates a brand new logon for you. You should only be logged on once per SAP system, and should use multiple sessions if you want toview multiple windows. Using multiple sessions allows you to open several windows at the same time on the same computer.
7.     Please explain about methods for personalizing the user interface! Change the layout of the SAP Easy Access screen, track you input history to provide input help, display status messages in a pop-up window instead of the status bar, set preferences for how data displays, and adjust the color and behaviour of the screens and fields.
8.     Please give me a tips for logon process? Before you log on for the first time, you sistem administrator will give you initial password. During the process of logging on, you should enter a new password, one that you alone will know. After that, use your own password whenever you log on.
9.     What about screen structure? The SAP easy access sreen is the default intial screen in SAP systems. The left side of the screen contains a tree hierarchy of the menus available to you in the SAP system.
10.                         What kind about simple screen elements? Comman field, menu bar, standar toolbar, title bar, application toolbar, checkboxes,radio buttons, tab, and status bar.

 The SAP Easy screen is default initial screen in SAP System. The left side of the screen contains a tree hierarchy of the menus available to you in the SAP system
